Report on the visit to the RORO

AET (Antwerp Euro Terminal) terminal in Antwerp

On 3 April, Stefan de Rijke and Wilfred Blanke visited AET's RORO terminal at the port of Antwerp for a detailed inspection of cargo picked up by FreightNed in Spain and destined for Brazil which was also organised by FreightNed's ocean freight office. This was on behalf of one of our clients. The purpose of this visit was to check the quality, condition and documentation of the cargo before it was further transported by sea freight.

During the inspection, we:

Checked the physical condition of the cargo for any damage or abnormalities.
The cargo compared with the transport documents to ensure that all units were correctly registered.
Verified that cargo securing on mafi had been carried out correctly and meets the agreed arrangements.
We handle many such outsized cargoes to all destinations around the world. We will regularly show more about which projects we all handle.

Apart from your overseas cargo, we of course also offer air freight for your cargo.
